专利说明:
There are also problems, for example at the end of the working day, other types of work breaks and the like that the paint on the roller of the paint applicator dries. There is a need to clean the roller of the paint applicator, or replace the roller with a new roller, when the roller is worn or when changing colors. Cleaning the roller takes time and can lead to the roller wearing out and thereby reducing its service life. Changing the roller after each work shift also entails costs for the rollers. Using plastic bags for temporary storage of rolls entails environmental risks. Using plastic bags for temporary storage of rolls usually results in a poorer quality of the painting caused by color fl agor that forms in the place bag and ends up on the roll. To enable a temporary storage of rolls for paint applicators during, for example, work breaks, different types of containers have been developed. Convenient containers for rollers for paint applicators have a number of different problems. One of the problems is that certain types of containers, for temporary storage of roller applicators of the roller type, are difficult to clean without the use of solvents and the like. Known types of containers also entail a risk that the user will get paint on them or that paint will run down the side of the container in connection with the roller for the paint applicator being inserted into the container. Prior art So-called rollers intended to be used, for example, for applying paint are already known in a number of different variants. An example of known variants of rollers is the roller described in the patent specification US2889613. The roller according to the patent specification does not, however, include a function with which a replacement of the roller of the roller can take place quickly. Constructions which are intended to be used for temporary storage of rolls for paint applicators are already known in a number of variants. For example, in patent specification US47383 5 8 describe a variant of a container for rollers. The construction differs significantly from the construction according to the present patent application. For example, the construction means that paint risks getting on the outside of the container in connection with the role being changed. U.S. Pat. No. 7,778,2324 describes a variant of a container in which used rollers can be stored without first cleaning the roller. The construction according to the patent specification differs to a substantial extent from the construction according to the present patent application. For example, the container according to the patent is difficult to clean without detergent or water, which is problematic as water from cleaning paint applicators must not be flushed down drains and the like. Furthermore, according to the patent specification, the container entails that excess paint risks ending up on the outside of the container. The construction is also only made for one type of rollers and not for a number of different variants of rollers as in the present invention. U.S. Patent No. 5,440,853 discloses a container intended for use in storing rollers. The construction differs to a large extent from the construction according to the present one. The construction consists of a substantially straight container. The construction includes a separate tool, washer, for holding the roller in connection with replacement. The separate part can be easily lost. Patent specification US20100300500 describes a device for cleaning rollers. The construction differs greatly from the construction according to the present patent application. For example, the construction does not include a function by which the roller of the roller can be easily released, from the yoke-shaped part of the roller, when the roller is lowered into the container. U.S. Pat. No. 3,040,807,277 discloses a cover for a roller. The construction comprises a first part and a second part which are folded around the roll of the roller. The construction differs greatly from the construction according to the present patent application. For example, the structure does not include the resilient abutment of the container in accordance with the present patent application. Brief Description of the Figures In the following detailed description of the present invention, references and references to the following figures will be made. These urer gures are briefly described in the following ur gur list. Figure 1 shows schematically, seen in perspective from above, a first embodiment of a storage unit, with open lid, included in the present system. Figure 2 schematically shows a cross section of the container. Figure 3A schematically shows the incoming abutment folded down against a roller in the container where the bracket-like connection part of the paint applicator is connected to the roller. Figures 3B and 3C schematically show the incoming abutment folded and not folded against a roller in the container, respectively. Figure 4 schematically shows a paint applicator without a roller. Figure 5 shows an exemplary system with bag, storage units and paint applicator. Figure 6 shows an alternative design of the abutment where the abutment comprises at least one protruding distance. Detailed Description of the Invention Referring to the gurus, variants of a replacement and storage system 1 are shown, for at least one roll 2 included in rotary roll paint applicators 3, in accordance with the present patent application. An exemplary paint applicator 3 with associated handle 4 and jumper-connected connection part S but without roller is shown in Figure 4. Exchange and storage system 1 comprises at least one first storage unit 6 in which at least one first roll is intended to be stored in when not in use. The storage unit 6 comprises at least one container 7 and at least one lid 8 or the like. With the lid 8, the container 7 creates at least one inner space 9, in which at least one roll is intended to be stored temporarily. In the exemplary embodiment, the container 7 and the lid 8 are integrated in one unit. The container 1 can consist of, be made of, a number of different types of material. In a preferred embodiment, the container 4 consists of, or comprises, at least one polymeric material. The lid 9 is preferably connected to the container 7 via at least one joint 7, a hinge or the like. In the exemplary embodiment of the storage unit, the container 7 and the lid 8 are made in one unit. In the embodiment, the joint 7 consists of the material which connects the lid 8 with the container 7. The material may, for example, consist of a polymeric material as is used, for example, in details with a similar hinge furilction. In alternative embodiments, it is conceivable that the container 7 and the lid 8 consist of separate parts. The lid 8 preferably comprises at least one holder 8, immersion, notch, instruction or the like, to which at least one information-carrying unit or the like can be attached, connected, applied or the like. The information-carrying unit may consist of at least one tape, at least one paper or other material, which may be subjected to information of a type suitable for the purpose. For example, information about color or the like can be applied to the information carrier. The lid can be wholly or partly made of a transparent material. Through the transparent material in the lid, the effect is achieved that an enclosed roll is visible through the lid, which means that the user, for example, sees the color for which the enclosed roll has been used. In a preferred embodiment, the container 7 and the lid 8 are of a substantially round cross-section. In alternative embodiments, the container 7 and the lid 8 may have another shape suitable for the purpose. Thus, the container 7 and the lid 8 may have a square shape, some type of polygonal shape, oval shape, other non-round (onmd shape) or other shape suitable for the purpose. In a preferred embodiment of the container 7, the bottom 9 of the inner space is constituted by a curved surface 10. The curved surface 10 has the technical effect of this facilitating cleaning of the container. The storage unit is preferably wholly or partly made of a polymeric material with a relatively oily surface such as, for example, PP. At least the surface of the storage unit towards the inner space is wholly or partly made of a material with a surface such as PP. The oily surface has the technical effect that paint residues inside the interior space can be scraped off without the use of water or solvents, or essentially not. The lid 8 comprise at least one connecting part 11 which internally and / or externally connects the lid to at least one connecting part (connecting surface) 12 in the opening of the container. The construction preferably comprises at least one seal between the lid 8 and the container 7. The seal may comprise silicone or other sealing material suitable for the purpose. In an alternative embodiment of the present storage unit, the edge is around the opening of the container and the edge of the lid is angled according to the angle V1 in relation to the axial direction of the container. The angle V1 has the technical effect that this provides space for the angled bracket of the paint applicator. The angle V1 is preferably in the range 91 to 120 degrees. The construction comprises in a preferred embodiment at least one abutment 13, protective part, fl ik or similar, for the roller. The anvil 13 protects the person who inserts a roller in the container from getting color on, for example, the fingers. The abutment 13 is preferably connected to the container 3 via a bracket 14, connecting part or the like. The abutment 13 can be folded in and out, or alternatively pulled out and inserted into a space, bracket, holder or the like inside the container. The abutment 13 is preferably of a resilient, resilient, material. Preferably, the abutment 13 is made of a polymeric material. In alternative embodiments, it is conceivable that the abutment 13 is made of an armature suitable material for the purpose. Referring to Figure 3A, there is shown a roller, connected to a stirrup-shaped connecting part and handle, which is lowered into the inner space of the container. The user has pressed the abutment against the roller. Figure 3B shows the abutment in a depressed position against the roller where the jumper-connected connection part has been removed from the roller. Figure 3C shows that the abutment in an original position (resilient position) where the abutment, for example, has reset after the user has released the pressure against it. In the embodiment shown in the diagrams, the abutment 13 comprises at least a first part and at least a second part which are angled according to the angle V2 to each other. The angle is preferably less than 180 degrees but greater 135 degrees. In alternative embodiments, the abutment may have a different angle suitable for the purpose. Referring to Figure 6, an alternative embodiment is shown in which the abutment includes at least one spacer (protruding segment) on the underside of the abutment, i.e. on the side which comes into contact with the roller when the abutment is pressed down against a roller placed in the container. In the embodiment shown, the abutment comprises at least a first protruding segment 15 and at least a second protruding segment 15. The segments 15 have the technical effect of this in order to prevent, or reduce the risk of, color ending up on the top of the fl. The present patent application also comprises a method for using the present exchange and storage system 1. When using the present exchange and storage system 1, the user uses at least a first storage unit and at least one roller with associated roller. In an alternative embodiment of the present patent application, the exchange and storage system 1 also comprises at least one storage unit 16 such as a bag 17 or the like in which at least one storage unit and at least one space where a stirrup-shaped connection part 5 with associated handle 4 is intended to be stored. Preferably, the bag comprises at least a first space for at least a first storage unit 6 and at least a second space for at least a second storage unit 6. Additional storage spaces are also shown in the figure. When changing the roller, the roller is lowered into the container, after which the abutment is bent down (pressed down, lowered) towards the roller and temporarily fixes the roller in connection with the roller's bracket being pulled out of the roller. After the bracket has been pulled out of the roll, the released roll is closed into the inner space of the container by connecting the lid to the edge via the opening of the container. The container is then kept closed until the roller is to be used again for the painting end needle connected to the jumper-shaped connecting part of a roller, cleaned or otherwise used or handled. In a preferred embodiment of the abutment, this is made of a resilient material. After the abutment is bent by the user (when the abutment is pressed down against an inserted roller) or bent by the lid (when the lid is in a closed position) the abutment returns to its original upright position (non-bent position) when the lid is opened or the user no longer presses down the opposition. The construction achieves the technical effect that the abutment is not in the way when, for example, the roller is to be inserted into the inner space of the container. Due to the resilient effect, a reduced risk is also achieved that the user gets color on, for example, the gr ngars. When connecting a roller, stored in the inner space of the container, to the yoke-connected connection part of a paint applicator, the lid of the container is first opened, after which the shackle-connected connection part is connected to the roller and can then be removed from the inner space of the container. After the container has been used, it is preferably cleaned internally completely or partially of paint residues. The interior of the container is preferably cleaned after the paint residues have dried. The cleaning can be done by scraping off the paint or otherwise removing it from the inside of the container. If necessary, clean the anvil and lid in a corresponding manner. In the detailed description of the present invention, construction details may be omitted which will be apparent to one skilled in the art to which the system, storage unit and method relate. Such obvious design details are included to the extent required for a proper function to be obtained for the present invention. Although certain preferred embodiments have been shown in more detail, variations and modifications of the method and apparatus may be apparent to those skilled in the art to which this invention pertains. All such modifications and variations are considered to fall within the scope of the appended claims. Advantages With the present invention, a number of advantages are achieved. Firstly, an improved replacement and storage system for rollers for rollers is achieved. The present invention also has the advantage that the change of the roller becomes smooth and relatively uncomplicated to perform. The present system also reduces the risk of spillage of paint and reduces the risk of the user gaining color in connection with the replacement of the roll's roller. The present container also has the advantage that it can be cleaned relatively easily. In the alternative embodiment, the exchange and storage system also comprises at least one bag or the like which is used for fi years fl removal and storage of components in the system. The present system further entails a smaller environmental load than already known constructions as the cleaning of the container can take place without, or substantially without, water or cleaning agent.
